Payment
All fees must be paid at the first lesson of the month.

Students who wish to join classes during mid-months will be charged on a pro-rated basis.

All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars (S$) and either in cash or cheques only. For cheque payments, please make payable to Alvin Pang

Rain policy
There will be no lesson if it rains heavily (thunder & lightning) at the immediate point in time at the pool and only if the pool authorities (lifeguards) stop all lessons. Lessons will continue if it is drizzling.

If it starts to rain heavily:
During 1st half of the lesson, a make-up lesson or an extension of hour or fee waiver will apply.
During 2nd half of the lesson, no make-up lesson or fee reduction is applicable.

Absentism
Students in group classes are not entitled to fee waiver or make up lessons if they are absent.

Make up lessons
Make up lessons are subject to (in order of prority):

Should any student fail to attend the make up lesson, he/she will be considered absent.

General
The instructor(s) reserves the right to:

Students who wish to terminate or suspend the instructor(s)' services will need to provide at least two-week (verbal) notice to the instructor(s).

No lessons will be conducted on public holidays unless otherwise mentioned by the instructor.

There will be no swimming lesson if it rains heavily (thunder & lightning) at the pool. If it is drizzling, student(s) can have the option to go ahead with lessons.

Absentism
Students in individual/private classes can make pre-arrangements with the instructor if they need to be absent for a particular week. A make up lesson or fee waiver will be granted. For emergencies such as illness or family bereavement, a make up lesson or fee waiver will be granted.

NOTE: Students should try to minimise absentism. The instructor reserves the right to tertminate swimming lessons if the student(s) is constantly absent.

Make up lessons
Make up lessons are subject to the availability of the instructor.
